Planning for GiveCamp 2017

Planning for Philly GiveCamp 2017 is already underway! If you would like to join our planning committee, please email info@phillygivecamp.org

Below is where we stand for this year’s planning:
Sponsors: We have enough sponsors for this year, however more are welcome
Venue: We are NOT able to acquire our usual Microsoft Malvern Campus due to construction and are looking for a venue that could hold us.
Event Date Finalization: TBD, based on Venue.

Seeking Sponsors for 2017

 

We are looking for local sponsors who can help us cover the costs of hosting future events. We are seeking sponsors to provide:

  • Monetary Contributions
  • Food & Drinks
  • Giveaways

All sponsor will be recognized for their donation in a variety of ways, including their logo on our event page and we will specifically thank each sponsor during our opening and closing ceremony. In addition to the perks listed below, donors of food will have their logo displayed and are welcome to provide a menu or marketing materials which can be distributed. Giveaway donors will be announced during our wrap-up ceremony and thanked as their donation is given to a random volunteer in attendance!
