Registration for volunteers @ Philly GiveCamp 2016 is now live.
Be sure to register early and secure your spot today.
We are excited to announce that we are now accepting volunteer registrations for Philly GiveCamp 2016! We’ll once again take over Microsoft’s office in Malvern to help local nonprofits with their technology needs. Each year, Americans are challenged to give back in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. So before you stuff yourselves with Tryptophan, get your admission ticket and join us as we celebrate MLK weekend on January 15-17, 2016 and pay IT forward.
This is a free event, however you are encouraged to make a donation during the registration process. To do so, simply set the ticket price to any amount you desire and complete the registration.
Roles Available:
Analyst
If you are interested in being a Project Manager for our event, purchase this ticket. Analysts work with the Non Profit organizations ahead of the event to define the scope of their project. They also work with their Non Profit organizations on the day of the event to ensure that all projects go smoothly.
Developer
Developers will be assigned to teams in advance of the event. Developers will work directly with non profit organizations to deliver technology solutions for their problems. Your skills will be matched to a suitable project.
Non Technical
Non-Technical volunteers will help manage check-in, provide help to attendees, coordinate food deliveries as well as other tasks throughout the weekend. It is important that non-technical volunteers arrive early each day, as their tasks will often begin before the event.
